This is the 14th edition of the Stav Church Christmas Ornaments and features the Undredahl Stav Church in Sogn, Norway. The church dates back to 1147.
This church is in a remote location, only accessible by boat. From the outside, it resembles any other weatherboard church, but the interior reveals one of Norway's oldest and smallest Stav churches. Beneath the Undredahl's many coats of paint lie pagan symbols and runes, revealing the churchÕs past as a pagan temple.
