The Setesdal sweater is a classic straight fit sweater with a crew shaped neckline. Setesdal features authentic Norwegian pewter clasps and traditional trim.
This unisex garment is made with measurements corresponding to men’s sizes. For women’s sizes we recommend selecting one size smaller than your usual size.
Design Notes:
The Setesdal Lusekofte sweater design is the most recognizable Norwegian pattern and has been part of the Scandiavian culture for generations. The small v-shaped dots are known as the lice pattern "lusemønster", while the crosses were believed to protect from evil spirits. Made with long-lasting Norwegian wool, Norwegian-made pewter clasps and embroidered banding, identical to the original design.
