Vail Unisex Polar Mittens are insulated knit mittens with a classic pattern that is shared with the popular Vail unisex sweater. Dale of Norway's Polar Mittens are made with 100% Norwegian wool treated to be water resistant. The palm side of the mitten is constructed in 100% polyester fabric for durability, and the lining is constructed with 100% polyester performance fabric for insulation and moisture management.
Design Notes:
The Vail unisex mitten pattern is taken from the Vail unisex sweater, which was the official team sweater for the US Alpine- and Snowboard team during the 2006-2007 season. The Vail design is based on the traditional Norwegian eight-petal rose pattern and it is adorned with winter elements.
