Swedish Votive Spinners are a smaller, everyday version of the classic Angel Chimes, which are a traditional part of Christmas in Scandinavia. The heat from the candle flame pushes the blades which cause the top to spin making the shapes that hang from the blades dance and twinkle in the light.
